1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bet555 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the bet555 website, mobile application and any services or products offered through the platform.

bet555 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, including before any withdrawal is processed. If satisfactory documentation cannot be provided, the account may be suspended until verification is completed.

Providing false information during registration — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms. Any account found to have been registered with false details will be closed immediately, and any balance held in that account will be forfeited.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place through your bet555 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether those actions were carried out by you personally or by someone who accessed your account with or without your knowledge.

• Keep your login credentials — email address, username and password — strictly confidential.
• Do not share account access with any other person, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password and update it if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• Notify the support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Each player is limited to one account. If a second account is identified, both accounts may be suspended and balances reviewed.

bet555 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their login credentials.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on bet555 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers and other approved mobile wallets.

• You may only deposit using a payment method that belongs to you. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to your bet555 wallet promptly, though processing times may vary by method and are subject to the relevant payment provider's processing schedule.
• bet555 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your JazzCash or Easypaisa account terms.
• Deposits made using funds from illegal sources or that are proceeds of fraud are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

bet555 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly where fraud prevention checks flag a transaction for review.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money winnings are available to all verified account holders. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals are paid in PKR to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the withdrawal section of your account. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
• You must complete account verification before a withdrawal can be approved. This includes confirming your identity and the payment method.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• Processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer requests.
• bet555 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing in some cases.

If a withdrawal is declined, you will be notified and the amount returned to your wallet balance. You can then contact support for clarification on the reason for the decline.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bet555 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses and seasonal promotions linked to events like the Pakistan Super League and T20 international cricket. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly as cash.
• A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses claimed through duplicate accounts or by using multiple identities will be voided.
• bet555 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per device.

• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds or associated winnings not used within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bet555 — whether on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports or any casino game — are subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• In the event of a technical error or system fault that results in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed, bet555 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to player wallets.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time, particularly during live cricket matches, at the platform's discretion.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated based on the odds accepted at the time the bet was placed. Subsequent odds changes do not affect settled bets.
• Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables and bingo — use certified random number generation. Outcomes are not manipulated by the platform.

bet555 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This may occur in situations where unusual betting patterns are detected or where a player account is under review.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet555 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activity will have their account suspended immediately and any winnings derived from such activity will be voided:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to place bets or interact with games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or loopholes in promotional mechanics to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, bingo or live dealer games to manipulate outcomes.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or using fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, match-fixing or any other illegal activity through the platform.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age or location during registration or verification.

bet555 actively monitors accounts for unusual activity. Where a prohibited activity is identified, the platform may freeze account funds during an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

bet555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player with their payment provider.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements being met.

10 Responsible Gaming
